Co-founder, Chairman
Blake Dursteler
Blake is actively engaged in debt and equity financing, and capital planning and allocation. Prior experience includes CFO at a private real estate firm, founding two regional CPA firms and a number of local businesses, as well as teaching courses at Utah State University on capital budgeting, corporate finance, and real estate development.
Blake is a member of several local organizations, including a board member of the Logan Regional Hospital Foundation and President of the Center for Growth & Opportunity at Utah State University.
Blake earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting and a master’s degree in accounting from Utah State University.
Co-founder, Chief Executive Officer
Michael Jewell
Michael oversees deal-sourcing, property entitlement, capital raising and equity structure, compliance, and general business operations. Prior to forming TRIIIO, Michael was an entrepreneur and attorney practicing in areas related to real estate and emerging growth companies, including private equity financing.
Michael earned a bachelor’s degree from Utah State University in English and Political Science before earning a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego with an emphasis in business and corporate law. Michael practiced law with one of the largest law firms in northern Utah with an emphasis in real property and business transactions.
President of Construction & Development
Nic Porter
Nic oversees all land development and construction activities at TRIIIO. This role entails guiding the firm’s strategic planning, and decision-making processes, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and maintaining a high standard of quality throughout the development lifecycle.
With a keen focus on optimizing profitability and mitigating risks, Nic leverages his extensive industry knowledge to drive the successful execution of projects while fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders and partners.
Nic holds a general contractor license and earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Utah.
